Proper throw in technique

Rules of a proper throw in
  1. Both feet must be behind the line; you may run up to the line to gain momentum before releasing the ball
  2. Both feet must maintain contact with the ground; no jumping; a dragging foot is permitted
  3. Ball must move from behind the head and be released above the head
  4. You must face in the direction of your throw; your feet must point in that direction; no twisting of the body
  5. The thrower may not touch the ball again until after the ball has touched another player
